    Finally getting a new knee…

I’ve had 5 knee surgeries (sports injuries) going back to 1968… 4 right and 1 left. I was scheduled for a total replacement in 2008 but my wife had a stroke so I cancelled the surgery. My SIL’s husband passed away last October and recently offered to take care of her sister while I recover from knee surgery if I still wanted to do it. Are you kidding? The surgery is scheduled for March 26th… can’t hardly wait.

I'm headed that way myself. I've already had a total left and a partial right. It's time to finish the right one! Good Luck!!

Rob...Just got home a few days ago from my second knee replacement surgery on Jan. 16th. Will your surgery take place at BRMC or back in Colorado? If BRMC, I assume your surgeon will be Dr. Knox because he does most of his knee surguries on Monday's and the 26th is a Monday. Might not be able to come and see you after your surgery since my mobility leaves a lot to be desired at this time, but if things improve and they allow me to drive then I'll come visit on Wed., March 28th. Hang tough buddy!

I thought I would be on Easy Street by now but somehow I missed the off ramp!

Glad to hear it. My wife had her one knee don't 10 years ago and, except for a few types of movements, can do anything she wants. The rehab's a bear, but worth the results.
