Saw sumpin' funny Fri. (and dangerous)

Some guy towing a 35' or bigger fiberglass houseboat with an i/o, behind a new Nissan Frontier! His eyes looked huge, the man was scared to death! The arse end of the truck was sagging like a gangsta's jeans I don't know where he was headed but he definitely didn't have enough truck!

He was 2 miles from a steep ramp, no way he could have backed that heavy boat down that ramp......... Maybe he was delivering to a repair shop.....still not near enough truck!

My BIL's dad used to tow my BIL's TR 19 with an 85 Toyota 2wd. He said it was easy to steer.

Hell we towed my buddys old arse BMW back with a garden hose when we were teenagers. It worked, had to loop it several times though but we got there.

Or going down the hill at Beaver Creek or Lee's Ford! I didn't hear of any wrecks so evidently he made it out of this area anyway.....

on the way back from Athens, AL saturday night, I saw a guy towing a bayliner with dual screws with his Nissan Titan. Trailer had triple axle and the boat looked at least to be a 26 foot cabin cruiser.

The day I picked up my boat from BPS, I saw something very similar....a guy leaving with a 30'+ cabin cruiser, towing it with a Jeep Wrangler.

And to think they made fun of me cuz I was pulling 19', 3300 lb rig behind a 1 ton dodge dually CTD....they said I needed more truck !
