Thanks for the link. I still don't understand the first part. 5 lures with 3 of them hooked is illegal, even though you are within the 3 hook limit, because you are still using 5 "lures." But, 5 lures with one of them hooked is just fine, even though you're still using 5 "lures." Does this make sense to anybody?
