Sometimes these things happen and I don't know why....I got a charge a couple years ago from Ks. from Rosetta Stone, a language teaching site that I never subscribed to......600.00 bux and all my chit was in the red...... took a month to get it all straightened out, but I was refunded everything in the end......

Case solved. Some swearing involved. Wife signed up for a "Free Trial" of a McAfee Virus Scan. Well, it wasn't free. Dunno how the hell they got my bank info though. Reading through a bunch of the comments on the complaint site I linked above it seems to be a common mystery. I think the people answering the phones there are rather used to getting angry calls

Had the same thing happen a few years back when the wife signed up for something that Oprah (I know...) was endorsing. Lots of nasty phone calls and protesting the charges with the CC company.

This kind of Chit is happening all over.I've been hit 3 or 4 times in 5 years.Who the hell knows how they get your number. Keep an eye on that waiter who takes your card and disappears for a while.They just might be writing down your acct.# -exp. date-and 3 digit code off the back! Id love to get my hands on em!

I'm betting a quick call to the CC company and the charges will be gone....happens all the time. Everybody dogs Bank of America but they've been great with me anytime there has been a fraudulent charge on my card.
