I'll take the moral high ground and I'm not laughing at all. That is not some funny chit, it's a crime and I have no problem with the perp loosing his job or being labled a sex offender. What kind of person see's a passed out man and thinks, hey I'll pull my junk out and rub it on his face, that will be hillarious. Someone who looks at other people and see's only a POS, someone who would have wound up in jail one way or another.

I have never defended what this man did like I said he should punished . My argument is ,that the punishment should fit the crime. I believe you can not put this man that from what I have heard has no history of major criminal activity in the same category has child molesters and rapist.. I respect cow trimmers opinion, and we have to agree to dis agree, but what he did would never be acceptable to me and that was a low statement my friend

Since everyone has a camera phone, many have video capabilities now, whatever you do in public just might be on youtub.e or FB before you sober up. THINK before you act! There's always someone watching, waiting for that perfect video that will go viral and make them some money!

I'm from down south and I'm politely asking you to not lump me in with the crowd defending this guy. And for the person that said "It's only an a-hole LSU fan, well, you just showed your complete lack of common sense.

What gets me is that some of the people taking the high moral ground in this thread, are BRAGGING in another thread about committing fraud against the state they live in.
So I thought maybe I should try the high road and did a little research and got some addresses and phone numbers and reported these CRIMES to the proper authorities.

I guess all I can say is that sometimes you have to take a definitive stand on something. He cant be "bad" but not "that bad" all at the same time. He did the act an no one else. He is the one who put himself in the position to be persecuted by the law and no one else. The guy is 32 years old he should have known better by at least 20 years. History or not he did what he did, I'm sure there are all kinds of people in trouble with the law for first time offenses.

    Re: (22R)

Well I am clearly out of touch with reality, because appaerently in reality there is no distinction between a guy who pulls a bad prank intended to be humorous and a violent rapest who draws sexual gratification from his preplaned acts. Does anyone here really believe that this guy did this to gain some form of sexual gratification?

As for the exposing himself in public thing. How many of you guys have ever been on bourbon street? If you go more than one block without seeing someone expose themself (usually in trade for a necklace of cheap plastic beads) I would be surprised. Someone having their "junk" exposed, male or female is very common there.

Did this go over the line? Yes very much so, but when drinking on Bourbon street the line becomes very blury. He certainly went too far with a bad degrading joke but to label him a sexual preditor and say that he is in the same category as a child rapist just seems a little crazy in my reality.

Well you can't fix stupid.--Maybe jail, register as a sex offender, lost his job, trying to get another job with a record (possible jail time). What about his family (kids, wife, brothers, parents ) being ribbed about this.

Yes sir----he sure showed that LSU fan he was better.

On the upside---for him------ if he goes inside he will be the the one getting teabagged--------and the line maybe long.

you say the punishment should fit the crime---I agree. It's 3 AM hardly any traffic and a trucker pulls off a ramp and gets rid of his coffee behind a 70 ft. rig where no one driving by can see him--------if he gets caught and ticketed he will have to register as a sex offender, So you are right, the punishment should fit the crime. Jail and register sounds about right---------for the teabagger.

if somebody steals then they are a thief..if somebody commits a crime of this nature, they are a sex offender. plain as that. ive done some stupid drunk stuff but your still responsible for your actions, drinking or not.

If your head is so far up your ass that you are incapable of drawing a distinction between a sexual predator and a drunk prankster with a sophomoric sense of humor, then you are crazy. On one hand you have some guy who fantasizes about raping others and sets out, with malaise and with intention to sexually attack another person (child, female or even a male), against their will, to draw sexual gratification. On the other hand you have a guy with an Animal House sense of humor who pulls an admittedly bad prank on a drunk a-hole. Any reasonable person understands that the intention of the act was degrading humor and not sexual gratification. If you can't understand the difference then you need to stop calling other people "Gumps" because your intellect is certainly in question.

Come on guys.........he teabagged a drunk a-hole LSU fan, even the most conservative guy in the world has got to find that funny. You may take the high moral ground publicly but your laughing inside, because at the end of the day, while despicable, it is some funny s**t.
