    lets see some pics of your custom reels that are on your custom rods

    i'm looking for ideas for my reels. i know not all but most of you guys building custom rods also do some customizing on your reels also.
    i'd like to see anything that's not factory like as simple as handle knob swap paint all the way to grinding extra weight off.

    Here's a Curado 50E that I had paited by Pizz Customs. The colors are Kandy- Red-Marbled with Black Pearl. I highly recommend Paul. Bassart handle with Shimano Stradic CI4 knobs.

    They are only as good as the sealer over the paint. The clear I use seems to hold up very well, better than most factory finishes.
