I haven't heard it or seen it printed anywhere, but did the kid just shoot Mr. Jimmy out of ignorance? Did Mr. Jimmy have a weapon and try and fight back? God awful shame for sure. Again, if anyone thinks the death penaly is cruel, just imagine yourself in that same situation.
