I have a rebuilt motor that ive never ran anything except 100% snthetic throught it since bore and 6 new pistons. I have about 100 hours on it now. Do i need to do a decarb on it with running synthetic? Maybe just treatment to the gas? Opinions please

Good question! I'm interested to see what kind of replies you get, but you really need to let the guys know what your motor is (Year/Model/Horsepower).
Did you break-in on the 100% synthetic, too? Don't see that recommended very often...

Motor is a 93 Johnson 225 Venom. I actually broke the motor in with regular non-synthetic penzoil through the VRO and mixed snthetic 50:1 in the tank. I think I ran about 50 gallons of gas through it at doudle oiling.

I don't have any info on the oil you are running, Maybe some of the guys will post some ideas.
