    I didn't work real hard. I didn't really have a clue what I was doing, so I tried to take it easy and just kind of watch what other people were doing and learn from them, so I don't think I will be to sore.

    I'm a free weight guy. Heavy on the basics! And the older I get the more I realize the importance of good form and technique!

    Well, I knew this day was coming. First time since I've been back that I haven't hit ten reps on my first set.

    245 - 9
    255 - 5
    265 - 3
    280 - 1

    Oh well, I can't complain. Still had a solid workout. I'll just keep plugging away. Not sure what I'm gonna do next chest workout. May drop down a few pounds and start over. Been feeling a bit "stale" lately. Could use a mix up in my routine.

    My thought process? Confused and aimless!

    Todays numbers
    250 - 8
    260 - 4
    270 - 3
    290 - 1

    Time for a break. I feel "stale". I'm thinking a week off to let the body relax may help. I'll plug through this week but next week no lifting. Just don't feel the strength, energy, or focus in my workouts like I did the previous weeks, months.
