Long road back but I'm getting there! Finally got to where I'm at least finishing where I used to start. Shoulders always hurt like hell but I'm starting to like the results. I'm hoping that by the February I'll be back to starting out with 240 for 10.(Maybe next year I won't take the entire spring and summer off
