Either 5/0 or 6/0 would be great, 6/0 being best. I'm not concerned very much with how heavy the hook is, just wanting the longest shank I can get for better hookup ratio on 10"+ worms. 1/4 oz is probably the only size I'd want. You are the man, Paul!

Did some checking and I can put a 6/0 Mustad 32786NP-BP flipping hook in the 1/4oz head!
