17 Ft Explorer Set-up?

Can someone please help me out? I have 2011 Triton 17 Explorer w/ 115 Optimax and I am running a 13 X 19 Powertech prop.
At full throttle I am running 5500 RPM's.
Having trouble with a full live well and full gas tank coming out of the hole. Any advice?

Triton reccomends a 20 Laser 2 with thbot you have. It will depend on your weight and your passenger's weight.
