I did some checking. We need to do a "add on" if like me using Firefox. the Add on I down loaded was FxIF https://addons.mozilla.org/en-.../fxif/
I've just checked where you go in Firefox to find FxIF. You want Tools > Add ons > Extensions, then scroll to FxIF and download.

I downloaded the FxIF extension and now what?
Left click on a few photo's and a pop up will appear. Click on "Fxif data" or "view EXIF data" at the bottom of the pop up. This tells what settings were used and the date the photo was taken. Some post processing programs will strip this info, usually you can check a box to keep it embedded. Some hosting places strip or allow you to block this info. I dont use any port processing.......some will say "you can tell", lol. As I learn with the camera, I get better....later I can take my good photo's and fix them in post. For now I'll learn one step at a time.
