I grew up and graduated in Arkansas and a razorback fan for life, but to watch petrino do nothingwith the defense and let his players act like a bunch of thugs makes me sick. Arkansas would be a far better team without petrino. You can't compete in the s e c without a defense and he refuses to build one. Just my 2cents from a mad fan.

You can't call that play flagrant. The receiver A) did not adequately call fair catch and B) was running full speed forward, meaning that the defensive players have no idea where the receiver might catch the ball.
Wade was not aware he had just committed a penalty. He thought he made a great play. Show me where it you get ejected for pounding your chest.
He was looking at OUR sideline when he pounded his chest. Who is he taunting? Willy Robinson?

Wade made a hell of a good hit, that was a bs call, and Petrino is the one of the best coaches in college football, he will get us there, Willie Robinson needs to be setting in the booth so he can see the field and make adjustments on defense because he clearly cant do that on the sidelines.

I don't think willie needs to be in the booth or anywhere else for that matter. I have not seen him with a solid "gameplan" since before the sugar bowl last year. Your not always gonna have one, but a good coach does not take till halftime of every game to figure something out. Maybe they should have the assistants that are making adjustments for him at halftime heading the defense.......
The Hogs seemed to have taken a step back on defense, but let's face facts. The media helped hype up how great our defense would be as well as Hog fans enjoying our first ever BCS game opportunity.

Poor timing by Wade and if you see the video, "interference with the opportunity to field the ball" is one thing as well as leading with the helmet.
Basically due to poor timing, a cheap shot. His actions leaving the field did him no favors either, reminding me of the glory days of Miami Hurricane teams.
Petrino is a good fit for Arkansas, and will continue to build his program. I like the position we are in, but hate the late adjustments. How would Arkansas be better without Coach Petrino????? Without Petrino, you don't have as many quality receivers, Knile Davis, or Mallet last year and Wilson this year...and so on. This isn't Alabama or LSU that can "cherry pick" talent, but Petrino is recruiting nationwide and not just Texas, Oklahoma.
Things are not clicking right now and yet, they have managed to win their road games, something the previous coach had trouble doing at times.

I'm a Razorback fan to the bone, but that was a stupid [edited] hit. Fair catch has nothing to do with it. The damn ball landed 5 yards behind Wade after the tackle.

Petrino is a horrible coach guys cant you see that. we have lost what 3 regular season games in 2 years and lost only to the soon to be #1 team in the nation so far this yearLets get another coach like Nutt or heck get Nutt cause I have a feeling Ole Miss doesnt want him anymore. Once we get him back we can get back to the ole arkansas football 7-5 seasons again
Those Mississippi guys are just knocking because if we fired Petrino, they would hire our rejects just like last time!!!! Petrino is the best chance we have of making a Championship, but Willey is not. Coach P will make a change I believe to a few assistants.
i am a die hard hog fan. never said petrino was a bad coach. but he will never win a championship until he gets a defense. i think he is far better than nutt on his worst day. but arkansas hasnt beat bama in 6 years. why because bama always has a strong defense. as great an offensive coach as petrino is. he cant beat a team that has a great defense. i want a national title for the hogs but in order to do that defensive changes will have to be made and i do believe petrino knows that. he is a smart guy but to only focus on offense is a bad idea. sooie

No offense to anyone here, BUT I think out of the top 10 Arkansas is the least deserving, except for may Boise ST..... The next 4 games will tell. Win the next 3 and hold our own with LSU, then they've done something pretty or ugly. BUT S.C. playing good, and TENN is right there trying to burst the bubble, so it will be interesting. Willie don't learn how to play a first half it's gonna catch up sonner or later.
