Finally!!!! 99% done with the new jet boat........

I still have a little clean up work to do on it like polish the trailer, side strakes, and put the pin stripes and Balllistic decals on it but other than that its DONE!! Actually went to the pond and rode laps for over an hour to get some break in time on the engine. Mark, our rigging guy, really does amaze me everytime we put one these together.

We started at this point.....


And ended up with this.......

Perforated floor with lights under it...


After the carpet and during the rigging process....


Finally....its ready to get wet.

Mike, the PowerPole came like that from the factory. Its the new Signature Series and they offer them in Red, Blue, black, white, and POLISHED (just for Sneezy!!)!!

The floor is a perforated aluminum that we sprayed with bedliner material and color matched it to the carpet. We have to weld in extra supports in between the ribs so the floor wont give.

Here is a not so good cell phone pic of it lit up at night, the red is from the light I have in the front storage compartment. I am thinking about changing it out to clear one. Also we put clear lights in the bilge area.

In the pictures you shure couldn't get a better match in color!! I just thought you guys had painted it to match your boat. Those lites are really cool in the floor,and you will really like them when you put it to use durring the night fishin trips.

Whenever the bottom of the boat gets dirt in it, I should just be able to hose it out through the perforated floor. I will probably do that on a pretty regular basis to keep it from getting built up.

Mike, I was REAL surprised on how well the Power Pole matched. Its not a perfect match to the boat but it does match the red rigging bezels.
