    impressive

HOT SPRINGS – Two of the largest fish caught in Arkansas this year were hooked by anglers on Lake Hamilton this month. A 61.10 pound striper was caught March 20 on the lake, followed on March 28 by a 14.12 pound largemouth bass.

The striper was just 3.4 pounds shy of matching the current state record and the largemouth was just 2.28 pounds under the state record. The striper was caught by Mark Steward of Des Moines, Iowa. The largemouth bass was caught by Terry Walker of Nicetown, Indiana.

It was dead for at least a day when they weighed it. I bet it weighed 15-16lbs when it was caught. He had to wait 2 days for the game and fish to come weigh it.

    Something seems "fishy" about that.
Went thru the trouble of calling AGFC means somebody "knew" something.
If ya know that much, Surely you know to run down to a grocery store and find some certified scales.
And have the sense to put the fish on ice.
AND find a camera before the thing starts to rot.

IMO: He found her floating and made up the rest.

It's a proud moment when you have your photo taken holding a bloated rotting corpse.
