    Boat shuts down when trying to plane

    I took my boat out yesterday and it was running fine at idle all the way up to when i went get on plane. Then it acted like it was just getting no fuel it would rev up and down to where it was almost stalling. Like it wasn't getting enough fuel. My question is,could there be a problem with my primer bulb?
