The "slug" has me baffled. 95 degree air and 90 degree water and it just keeps getting faster.
Last night it reminded me of my litte 17' skeeter. Bow pointed toward the treeline and me having to rack the steering wheel to control the chine walk. 76.2mph on gps.
To me, that's "mooovin", for a barge.
If I can't catch fish, I can at least get there and screw up the fishing holes faster.

Dude, that was one of the worst 3 hours of my fishing career
Not sure why I'm laughing...caught a grand total of two dinks that went for a whopping 15 inches TOTAL, oh and I broke one of my rods

Not sure their names, but the guys taking money...well, when we pulled up to our first spot they decided to fish it too...pulled right in front of us

Yeah...times I've talked to them they were nice, but that wasn't cool
I mean, they kinda kept some distance but still...you should not just pull right up in front of someone already fishing a spot, drop the trolling motor and begin throwing just out or range from you

David i agree with you!!! They may seem nice and then do that shit to you,well in my book it's payback time!!! Next time when they fish a tx with ya make sure to take some graph readings where there fishing at!!!!!! Then if they say anything just remind them of what they did to you!!! Payback is hell in my book!!! I try to treat everyone else the way i want to be treated,but when they piss in my post toasties,I WILL crap in theres!!!! I use to fish with an older guy here on beaver lake that was really a nice guy and i would do anything for, but when a boat did that to him he would come unglued!!!! If they didn't leave before he got to there boat,you could see a really good show!!!! I never saw him get his ass whipped either!!! but i did see several get theres whipped or they went swimming!!!

David,when i use to fish a lot(way more than i do now!)Beaver was one of the worst lakes for that kind of crap! I could go over to Bull Shoals and fish and it seemed like you were in a different world!! Very,Very seldom would you have someone to do that to you!!The only times i had it happen over there was fishermen from where i live that i recognized!!!!!The few times that i have fished at Dardenell i never had a problem.I hope that it doesn't start getting worse on that kind of stuff in your area.This year at beaver i have had only 1 small thing to happen,and it was just an old man driving a boat that needed glasses very badly,but had forgot them at home!!!! Dam near ran over me while i was fishin!!!

That stuff rarely happens on Dardanelle...only two times I can remember it was during tournaments
What we usually do in that situation is just keep on fishing towards them and run the boat in front of theirs...if they don't like it, oh well
