We had our tx on lake Maumelle this weekend took 11.22 to win I had 7.67 and came in 6th my partner had 8.24 and took 4th. They are biting well right now on frog and spinner baits worknig the outside edge of the grass. The shad had moved back in to the pockets but now they are moving in the main lake again. I know its stil a month away from your tx but I will keep ypu posted on what they are doing.

I wish I could but I have a club Tx at Tarcamp that day. Our December Tx is at Lake Degray on Dec 13, but we are launching from the state park.

Fished Tarcamp last weekend and the bite was tough. Ahead of the rain - they should have turned on. We threw the boxes at them - finally caught a few dinks on Brodie boat docks. Fished around the biggest shad school I've ever seen - no bass following. Should have been able to pull a couple of fish off a shad trap - nothing. Doesn't seem that anything on the river system is doing well this fall.
