    21-10 and power pole questions

Have a 2010 21-10, have (3) batteries on port side, (1) battery and oil reservoir on starboard side. Is there room for the pumps for (2) power poles in the starboard side ? I don't know how big they are.
Also how much speed do they slow you down ? Hole shot and top end ?

You might want to add what size battery you have. Its gonna be tight. Im fixin to install one in my boat. Unless I reorganized my current arrangement I don't think I could fit two in there. You could mount them in the storage compartment in front of that or possibly under the seats if you don't have the Extra gas tanks.

On the port side I have (3) 31 series Optimas, no room there. On the port side the oil reservoir and a series 27 lead wet cell.
Any info on how they affect hole shot and top end ?

Lee there is room, but you will have to go with a 1.8 gallon oil tank, and a small blue top optima for cranking Like mine is set up!

Yes there is room see above, they will slow you a little, but fishabilty out ways 1 mph, you will not loose any hole shot if you use Rich's (Hydrilla) Brackets.....I tryed the other pole brackets on mine and had trouble getting on plain because they drug in the water on launch shooting tubes of water up in the air! You do need at least 14 inches of setback for rich's brackets! You will love them power poles, my best investment!!!!

Re: 21-10 and power pole questions (Bullet 20xrd)

When I buy a new Bullet I think I would have them do at least oneside of the storage boxes like they do if there is a saddle tank in there, but with no saddle tank will make plenty of room for 3 batteries on one side and everything else needed.

The only way I can see getting dual poles in your boat is to drop that 4 bank charger and go to the smaller oil tank. That battery charger takes up way too much room.. Go to a 3 bank charger, mount it on the floatation pod and let the motor charge the cranking batt. Drop to the smaller oil tank and you should be good to go. I ran the smaller oil tank on my old boat with a 300X and only had to fill it once every 3 or 4 tanks of fuel if my memory still exists..

If you have an opti you should do even better.
