    Sartin Marine or Cajun Marine?

Any of you guys had any dealings with either? I want to deal with peeps that know what they are doing and are good to deal with. I know Marty is good to work with at Rothwell but these other dealers are closer to me. Thanks!

Re: Sartin Marine or Cajun Marine? (Hydrilla Gear)

If you are ordering brand new, the drive is well worth it. Their rigging is second to none and any, I mean ANY question you have about your boat will be answered. I'm not saying stay away from Sartin or Cajun, but after talking to our local Bullet dealer, I've come to realize that I know more about Bullets by reading BBC than he does...and he sells them for a living.

Re: Sartin Marine or Cajun Marine? (GFL)

I don't know anything about Sartin, but I wouldn't waste any time at Cajun. Hope, AR is exactly the same distance from you as it is from me in Baton Rouge, LA. It aint a bad drive at all. I left here 6 AM and was there at 11 and left there at 9 AM and was back at 2 PM. I would definately consider going with Rothwell. The drive was well worth it.

I can't say nothing but drive to Hope AR, I ordered mine over the phone through The Rothwell Camp, I would bet they have if not the best, its close to the best Rigger in the nation and that means everything on the bling factor, and cutting factor of your fiberglass boat, and you know you are number 1 when you talk to them, I drove 8 hours Twice! I am not saying anything about the other dealers, but Marty and Gregg don't screw around and try to jack with you, you know the cost up front, I had two dealers try to steel my purchase from rothwell, Go with someone who knows what they are doing Drive to Hope AR!

Thanks for the great comments guys.

    Tray,

I just tried to send you a quote. Not sure if it went through or not, I am having some issues with my email. I am about to send the pictures of the other boats we have rigged in the past with some color options.

I am not all questioning Rothwell Marine as I too enjoy reading their posts and getting their valuable information.
But I can vouch for Billly Sartin with Sartin Marine. He enjoys a wonderful reputation in East Texas. He always pushes the Bullet brand and not just as a speed boat - he pushes their overall fishability.
I have two friends that have Legends, and they drive great distances and pass a lot of good mechanics to take their boats to Billy Sartin.
    Thanks, Mark.

Re: Sartin Marine or Cajun Marine? (traybird)

My dad just got his second Bullet from Billy Sartin. He has NOTHING but good things to say about them. They had his new boat at the Classic this year.
