Comfort troll Install in a Bullet

I just got a Comfort troll recessed foot control tray and need to know what to expect when installing this into my 21XDC Bullet. Any advise on cutting hole, where to put it, reinforcing, sealing the cut area, etc. Don't want to make a mistake doing this install. Will any stringers need to be cut and if so how will it affect overall integrity of the deck. Also I have a Minn Kota pedal. How should it be fastened to the tray to keep it from jumping around. Thought about using stainless steel anchor nuts like they use on aircraft so it can be easily removed if needed. Any Advise would be appreciated.

Comfortroll is a great unit. I drilled smaller holes than the screws and self taped the screws to hold down minn kota foot pedal. I had Comfortroll make me battery trays to hold my Optimas they came out SWEEEET!!!!

What year 21XDC? Mine is a 2003 and I was told that the deck needs to be bolstered up to prevent saging. Thats why I gave up on the idea.
