Does anyone else have a custom line trailer?

I'm trying to figure out how many characters are in a VIN number on a 99 custom line trailer. I have the last 7 digits but i just don't have the beginning ones so i was wondering how many i'm missing. I was also wondering what the first Numbers where. if anyone can help me with this thanks in advance. I tried calling the maker but his phone has been disconnected.

I also have a 99 Custom Line trailer. It appears I may have to replace the back axle. Can anyone tell me where I can get parts.....Thanks
