Spanner wrench diameter?

Well, got a my rings and seals to replace the faulty dust seal on the trim cylinder. For the life of me I can't get that dust cap off with 90 degree angle needle nose or punches. I need a spanner wrench. Does anyone know what the diameter of the holes in the cap? If I have to, I'll buy an adjustable one but they're a little higher and I prefer one that fits exactly. I want to say it's 1.5", but it's probably metric.

Guess I should've placed that in the inquiry. Been there, not there. It's a hit or miss item at that store. Local sears don't have it either.

Had to use a propane torch on mine for about 5min to get em off. Grabbed it with big channel locks and it came right off.

Just a heads up…mine were so tight even designed Yamaha wrench was useless. Ended up gettin new caps with seals already installed. Good luck!
