Could someone please point me to where I could find a replacement kit for the sender ring cam (part number 999990383000) online? Preferably in Canada if at all possible. I've found it on eBay for $19 but the seller wants another $14 to ship it. After tax, duty, etc that little replacement kit would run me about $60USD which seems obscene for a part people have reported paying less than $10 for.

The little black plastic thing? I have one if you can send a return envelope or call Carol @ C&O and have her send you a metal one
You can make one using a metal hose clamp, just clamp it on and adjust it.
