We caught fish like this consistantly. The weather was terrible for most of the trip but we still managed to catch 50-60 bass a day with most in the 2.5-3.5lb range. Always fun fishing with my dad and hanging with the guys but catching fish always makes the trip better.

Actually we had a good 3.5 days. Yea we do an annual guys fishing trip and usually head to Rayburn but this year we did something a little different. That place is small but man does it have some fish. Good times hanging with cousins, dad, and brother but also caught some really good fish.

I lived in Texas for a few years and the club I was in fished Fayette 3 or 4 time a year. We had paper tournaments It's a great place to fish. Best stringer I had for a club tournament 28lbs. December and January are the best months they will be on a frog and thing can get wild. One thing about the lake as the weather get bad the fishing get better.
