    Prop!

    Well I dinged my prop up on the boat ramp today and Im thinking about getting a spare.
    Any suggestions? I dont know jack about props but right now I have a 25m
    Skeeter ZX250 Yamaha 250 OX66

    Id use that 25m as a Spare and get your hands on a 26 Tempest! Best prop for your boat hands down, 26 Trophy does good too! You need LIFT, That M series prop wont lift a fart! Trust me I been through all of em with your same hull

    Isnt a tempest a mercury prop? how does that work

    They use a flowtorque hub that you can get a yamaha kit for. you can change the hub out yourself without going to a prop shop.

    Or, if you get a Merc prop without the hub kit, you can use said Merc prop just by changing to a Merc thrust washer.

    You gotta Pay to Play!!!! Setup right your 70-74mph easy. Ill even help you out one day if you get a Tempest and a jackplate.

    Yep. One little piece of hydrilla in the wrong spot could cost you a new power head.

    Yall dont have to worry about him getting this skeeter to top speed....the Eunice City Lake is only so big and he will get dizzy going around the island trying to get over 35 mph....

    But what if he wanders over to the big water of Chicot? he could hit 45-50 there.
