ok me and the wife just got in , heres how the day went, very slow water was high and muddy , so searched for clear , lightly stained water , wife caught the first fish punching mats with a sweet beaver and 1oz tungsten punch weight, i caught a couple on a humdinger , basicly that was it all day until 2pm , then we found a nice little canal and worked it very slow untill about 4:30 using brushhogs the water was very clear , the results 1) 3.1 pounds 1) 2.15 1)4 .11
and 1) 3.0 pounds lost 2 very nice fish and caught probly 5-7 short fish , got rained on but very little hardly any wind till around noon , all and all we had a great day 13 pounds woulda been a decent bag lol i got pics but were both wore out fixin to hit the sac fellows ill holla at yall tomorrow.oh ya put in at bayou black and went way south.
