    The guy has a point. If it wasn't for the drought, this wouldn't be an issue and would have passed no problem. If it does pass down the road, I hope they get some kind of low water provision in the contracts.

    They need to rewind time!!!!
    I was NOT here in the Hay Days of TOLEDO BEND.....But have seen the remnents and heard many a story told.

    People were making money on both sides up and down the reservoir!!!!

    Make the area as a whole worth "flocking" back to and the money will BE THERE again as well
