Yea those bastads got to put a gun in their hands this past weekend! That wind probley messedum up, i had a doe duck an arrow at 30yrs, guess i cant complain too much with 2 deer in the freezer already!

Oct. 22 up here, Guaranteed where im at, saw 8 sat., 4 this morning!, The one thing i hate about bow hunting is not being able to kill what i see! 2 mo weeks!

We thought we could put a gun in our hand this weekend until Mr. Game Warden showed up and said Guns Right now are a no no for yall. You guys are in area 2 you know that right. Well turns out we thought we were in area 3 So Dusty got a ticket and our hunting weekend turned into crown royal and camping. Saturday morning I seen 6 Doe's and when I tried shoot one of them My 45-70 misfired on me twice the primers pushed in but the gun never fired. I guess someone was looking down on me cause if I would of shot My season would have been over for a while. So Oct. 22 we open for primitive

If you have the hammer extender on it, take it off and try to shoot it again. That is directions from gun manufacturers and it worked for guys in my club last year. They were having same problems

I call bullish*t I ran lock the gate , thought we caught us a trespasser drove up on him with a cloud of dust ends up bein a GW, me thinking I wasn't doin anything wrong wanted to know what the he'll was he looking for and he was ruining my hunt driving down our road !!!!what a d*ck. First thing he tells me "this isn't entrapment " but u r in area 2not 3 ..... Oh really u look at the map we r in 3 u read two pages over area two describes the boundaries wich is right up against us!!! He knew we where honest and misunderstood he said it wasn't fair to the bowhunters I said I am a bowhunter and do use it and would have if I had known

Same here! Just never happened on a deer! Ive even re kocked it and it goes off! I dont know if its the primers that are too hard, or the firing pin is wussy in my HR. But that is some funny shit about being in area2!!!! Thats messed up!
