How do I go about getting a card to diagnose a 2001 Rude 200 Ficht.
I need a handheld computer for diagnostics and the dealership down here told me that I was not eligable to buy one.
Need some hhhheeeellllpppp!!!!!!!!!!

That might be kind of difficult as there is NO such motor as a 2001 Johnson FICHT.

The dealer is correct. If you take it to someone who uses a lap top instead of the PDA, you get more diagnostic choices to utilize. The deal is....to get the updates to the diagnostic software you have to have a dealer number and sign on to Dealerport to download them. Sorry....
Check ebay. I found the cable and the software 1.42b for sale on there just a few weeks ago. He had 4 sets. I will check my ebay and IM you the seller. I bet he still has one...

There's 2 ways to plug into the Ficht. One is to use a Palm and the other a PC. I've got a Palm with the software because it's handy dandy compared to lugging a laptop around.
If your dealer won't sell you the software, call around, someone will sell it to you.
BTW, I got the cable from DFI technologies.
