Just don't run close to the bank. It is a natural lake with no trees out in the middle. It is like Lake Desallemands, the bank has eroded and left cypress stumps along the edge.
What....?? No hints as to what an ol' boy could use to catch a couple...??
I have been looking around trying to find some new places. Are there any goodun's to be had there in Verrett ?

Plenty of goodun's, but he didn't ask about fishing. But since you did, go in the Cheramie and throw a spinnerbait or a black sapphire baby brush hog.
The water should be 90+ back there right now. You may wanna bring some crab boil too.
