Yea those big gators sure look small. Anybody notice that when they flipped T Rex in the boat, it already had a tag in it.

That was the first thing I noticed. There is no telling how many takes they shot to put it in the boat. Heck they probably turned that pirogue over a couple of times.

    Re: swamp people (JOHN202)

It kills me how they edit the show. They'll show Willie in the boat with the Yamaha on it in one shot and then the very next shot they're in the boat with the Merc. on it. Watch carefully and sometimes you'll notice while catch the same gator they'll have different guns in their hands. And don't tell me that stuff with Bruce falling in the water and shooting the gator with the little pockect pistol wasn't staged. And they sure spotted the overboard tags just in time too. I still can't stop watching though.

What's great is when they supposedly have 10 750 pound gators in the boat....Ain't no way thats gonna happen....not in them little boats... My dippers when I was still buying seafood would come in with boats that size that they had been dipping shad in...most they could get was about 2500 pounds...it had to be a big WIDE boat to get over 4000 pounds of shad in it...these guys are putting 10,000 pounds in a skiff that can't hold 3000.

I did see that and even reversed the DVR to make sure I was seeing what I thought I saw and it had a tag on it for sure.

No way that gator was 16' either.

    Re: swamp people (KLSU)

what kind of tag was it? I know the Ms dept of wildlife tags gators for research purposes, and those gators are fair game during our gator hunts. I wonder if it's possible the Ldwf maybe tagged it. Or was it a staged canned hunt?
