If you wanna spend the money, nothing compares to seguar invisx. Some lines may have a little less memory, some may be a little more abrasion resistant but all around, it is my favorite. Lasts long time, gets a little better after casting it for a while, keeps a good knot, you can feel your bait and strikes very good, not too much memory, doesn't get roughed up easy, etc. Just my opinion though.

I use Sunline and they have a green Flouro. It is expensive though!

seagar red label is good its not too expensive but the invisx or abrasionx is a little better but 26 bucks a roll. You get what you pay for

Well, I have always used Power Pro, and recently, I bought Seagur InvisX, and really don't care for it, it tends to get loose on the spool after casting for a while. I guess I'm just use of the softness of braid. I'll fish with it a little longer and see what happens, maybe it's because I just spooled up with it.

    Re: Flouro ??? (Cooney)

Cooney get you some reel magic or kvd line conditioner and spray the line on the spool the night or before using and it gets rid of most of the memory and stiffness

I may try that, That's exactly what it seems like it's doing. Think I can buy that at Academy.

    Re: Flouro ??? (JOHN202)

Ok, i have a question. If flouro is supposed to be so invisible in water, why have it colored? Is it just to see it better above the water? Seems like coloring an invisible line defeats its purpose. BTW i use segar invisix 15. Haven't had a break on the hook set like most of the others yet.

I agree with Cooney.(did I just say that?) I tried the Seagur InvisX and took it off after 2 trips of backlashes. I used the KVD line conditioner and still had issues. I will stck with Power Pro braid or Big Game.

    OK My take on Fouro
I have not found any flouro better then Berkley 100% flouro. It don't matter. 8-25.
!5 and 12 are the best for crankbait and spinnerbait I have seen. Hear a lot of people like it,but don't like the price of 200yds for $20. They make it in clear or green. I think thre green is sronger then the clear.
Friend has deal with vicious and it's flouro has not been out long and he said it pretty stout.

I use the BPS. Nothing wrong with it, including the price.

I have some Berkley flouro as well and so far it's been good, but seems like the are a few good brands out there so you have to check out a few and see for yourself i guess.

Trilene 100% Flourocarbon. I use Flourocarbon now for Spinnerbaits, Crankbaits, Jigs, Texas rigs. I have had very good success with Trilene 100%. I use 17 for spinnerbaits, 20 for texas rigs and jigs, 15 for cranking. I use braid for punching, flipping cains in Venice, topwaters in grass. I use mono for open water topwater fishing. Not for everyone but works for me.

Gun I have 2 reels spooled with vicious and I like it so far. I also agree that reel magic or something like it makes a big difference.

The only flouro I've tried was the Bass Pro XPS. It seems to be pretty good. I only have it on 1 rod though.
