hard starting 150 vmax

Does anyone else have a hard time getting their 150vmax first time in morning? starts great after intial starting of the day. This is a 2009 150 vmax. any ideas?

Pump the ball up and choke it. They are all like that.

Have the motor level to the ground pump the bulb put it in the water try to maintaine the motor level I have electonic choke hold in for 7 seconds crack the throttle and give it a go. Works for me. May have to choke it again if it dies once it fires your good to go.
