About two week later he was looking at a girl coming out of a store and wham,
rear end a car. He was okay, but that's teenagers.

Best thing to happen to both my boys is a minor accident young. Made them realize how fast things go wrong. Never had another one. Glad yours was minor too.

He told me what happened. He was about to pull of of the school parking lot and there are cars everywhere, as usual. He said he always waits 2 seconds and if nobody goes by he goes. I said did you look both ways and his reply was well I couldn't see around the other cars so he waits 2 seconds and then figures no one is coming. This is how he does it everyday.
So my wife and I are having fun with the 2 second rule now. We are counting out loud to 2 then proceed with what ever we want to do. Like entering the room or opening the door.
