Hard to Start HPDI 200

Sometimes and now more than ever my 2005 HPDI is getting hard to start and when it does it dies again, takes me like 4 tries. i use Startron, change plugs and filters annually but never touched the fuel bulb and it doesnt seem to get hard so i am going to assume its that?

Had that happen a couple of times to me this winter with mine. Never have had any problems before or after. Scared me though the first time it happened.
