    Prop test report from 9/21/2010

Post your numbers in this forum please.

First-- Thanks to Sushi for the directions. He gave me 5 or 6 landmarks to look for. All of them were bars where I had to make a turn, take a fork in the road, etc. I kinda see a pattern here. But did go right to the launch this time Good to meet, finally. Also met several more, found out Rebel and his wife grew up a few miles from where I'm from. Nice weather, good day to be riding.

I ran my new T1 to 85+ at 5700, had plenty more, had a bunch of boats going and coming. Was a smooth running prop.

Ran the 27 Razor4 to 85.2 at 5900, but it was crabbing pretty bad. Rear of boat was pulling to the right, paddle wheel going on. Still the fastest 4 blade I have run. If it was mine, I would probably ask for a little blade area to be taken off of it,. It would flat azz carry all of my Evo out of the water!!!! Boat felt light as a feather. Also, all holes open, it would hammer about 4 times coming out of the hole, I didn't put any plugs in.

JP and 250XS will be along shortly to post their numbers. JP didn't want to give the 27 back

Ran the 27 razor 4 to 85.2 had a little left in it but the water wasnt cooperating. For my boat and setup I feel the prop needs more lift.I had to trim a lot for the stern to free up and then I could trim back down.Could just be how my boat is setup.Definately coud see me getting one of these props for my boat.Nice meeting you today Craig and thanks for the oppurtunity to try the props

Re: Prop test report from 9/21/2010 (250XSBULLET)

Because of the MAJOR WASHBOARD WATER today, I wasn't able to stretch out the 27 RAZOR 4 again, but was able to take it through some curves and such in The Amite River. Last weekend on the maiden pass I stretched this thing out as best I could with it being a new to me prop and being cautious, I got 89.3 at 5950 RPM's at 1-1/2" above pad with FULL tackle and fuel (45 GAL) load solo. This prop was AMAZING at lifting the bow and stern of my 21'10" Bullet 21RDC with 300XS 1.62 Sporty. I think I could have trimmed and got a little more, but was being cautious with a new to me wheel. Hole shot is great also with dual PVS holes. Hope Mark puts them in production SOON cause I want one BAD!

By the way, where was BUMP today....thought he was coming? I needed a rider about his size and weight for ballast since I forgot to fill my saddle tank! Might have been able to stretch her out if he'd a been there to ride with me.
