!!! BASS TIED OUT CHEATER ALERT !!!

WE (names withheld) went to Minorca today (NOV 19), didn’t have much luck but while fishing down the bare bank strech from the XXXXX toward the mouth, my partner (name withheld) got hung up on a stump, when we trolled in to get him free there was a quart oil can tied to the stump with two Bass on a string the largest one was (long) dead but the one under him was still alive. Just guessing but both around 4 lbs or better.

(WATER FELL A FEW DAYS OR THESE TIED OUT BASS WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN SEEN TODAY...)

SO SINCE RBC HAD THEIR T THE 13TH...ALMOST ZERO CHANCE IT INVOLVED THAT T...
MORE LIKELY THESE WERE CAUGHT SUN-WED THIS WEEK BEFORE THE COLD FRONT THURSDAY...
SO ONE DIED AND THE OTHER WAS CLOSE TO IT...

THE LOGICAL 1ST ASSUMPTION IS SOME SLEAZEBALL IN OUR MIDST CAUGHT THESE BASS SUN-WED THIS WEEK FOR THE BASS BLITZ...WHAT OTHER EVENT IS THIS WEEKEND???

EITHER WAY, IT SURE SEEMS TO ME AT THIS TIME >>>> WE HAVE A SLEAZEBALL CHEATER IN OUR MIDST...FOR $225 OR LESS HE SOLD HIS SOUL.

On the bright side, I know it wasn't me. You have to catch fish to tie them up.

IF its a guy w/o the web or not an ER or LMB Forum member...he can be nailed because he does not know the bass have been discovered...

All I can do before blastoff is privately ask 2-3 trusted guys to watch the small area all day as best they can...but you must be on that 10% of the lake to see a boat.

The ideal was for the discoverers to clip a fin and wait for the weigh but my honest buddies that found the bass did not ask me...they are not even fishing the event which had 17 entries last month and probably will have 20 or less this time...
I did post/e mail locally that NO dead bass will be weighed.

Bass are gone now...one floating and one swimming somewhere...the whole deal creeps me out...he sold his soul for $225 or less.

It's not too late to catch them. Have to see them go to the stump looking for them though. I would have someone on the bank watching. Prob never get another chAnce to get rid of a cheater that's ruining the integrity of your tournament reelman

Put that jug back by that stump and have someone watch the area. Then when they see whoever it is pick up the jug have your buddy shoot the guy in the head. No need for bastards like that on this earth.

I'm visiting here so hear me out. What should of happened was you call the Game Warden and put him on the case. He would of been more than happy to catch them. Next time any of you want to catch him call the man...Oh and I hate a cheating sombit*h...

Well, at least we know he is not a smart cheater. Everybody knows that smart cheaters use wire mesh traps to hide bass and a grapling hook to retrieve them for bass tournaments. Oh wait, that was a secret.
