I am just wondering what reel ratio y'all are using for cranking or what is a good ratio to use

5. Its slow enough so even when your reeling fast your not reeling too fast

If you plan on burning traps in shallow water, get a 6 or 7.

7.1:1 for me. I like going for the Popeye look at the end of the day!

Lipless I go low, and with a lip, high to get em down. I want them touching what ever is under whether its grass or just plain dirt.

Big cranks 5:1. For traps and some swimbaits I use 7:1 that way I can burn them right on top of grass.
