I'm in the money now

I had four units to auction this morning. All of them owed about $500 rent. It cost me $25 to sent registered letters and $75 to advertise in the paper. Three of the units did not sell and one sold for $100. Wooooo Hooooo Now I have to see if Habitat for Humanity wants the stuff in the three that didn't sell. If not, I will have to pay to have the stuff hauled off.
