that just gives all them cops a bad name. It may have been conensual but he was on duty and giving her a ride home so that she wouldnt drive drunk. Now no one can call them to bring them home

If he hasn't been getting laid, he may have taken advantage of her.
BUT, on the other hand, I've seen too many times what alcohol does to a girl at 1:00 AM. If she was at the bar room, she was probably looking for some meat anyway. She may have talked him into it.
The sad thing is, if she wanted it and got it, she can still turn around and say "rape" and ruin the guy's life. Women have great power in the that situation.

I agree 100%..Some women don't have a conscience and can care less what they do to someone..

The cop was stupid either way. You never do ANYTHING with a woman without backup as a witness.

So I guess you were there? You seen what happen? Come on man, don't even go there.
1. The cop was stupid for screwing her. He should have never went in her room.
2. This sounds more like the girl wanted it, but know in the morning she feels like a ho. How many times have we seen that.
3. The campus police made contact with the victim after the officer left. SHe told him everything was fine. If She had been raped, she would have said something.
4. This could very well be a set-up. It won't be the first time it happen.. just like this. Point is, to keep an open mind.
5. The 1st screw up was giving her a ride. We are not a taxi. 2nd was going to her room. 3rd was f&cking her. But the MOST STUPID thing he did.. he talked to the police. DUMB DUMB. He should have lawyered up. That statement "he felt he was wrong and stopped" will get him convicted rather he did it or not.

I was told this when i was a young rookie... Prolly saved my job in the long run.

Yup, ive seen it many times. Just a hunch, but the campus police must have knew the girl. Why else would he go up and "check" on her after a Deputy tells him he just dropped her off and got her inside. I bet he knew the girl, and he went up there and started some chit.
Or, if he didn't know her, maybe he figured he would go be the good cop and "check" on her. Either way, i can't see a valid reason for him to go to her apartment after another LEO told him he just dropped her off. Makes no sense, unless he has other interests..
Remember the girl up north a year or so ago said she had been raped by 5 guys when the boyfriend found out. Turned out she had let them all hit it. Think your right swat. There will be more come out with her and the campus policeman I bet.
