2002-150 VMAX ox66- HELP!

I've been on here trying to get help to set up my boat ( Triton Tr19 ) correctly , with height of motor , prop size , etc....I was getting close on that end , when my motor ( which until now ran perfect) started acting up ...at first I was running WOT , then I felt it start like , bucking, run ok, then slow don , ok , slow down ..if I was running at like half throttle , or alittle more it ran - as soon as I gunned it , it would die off ...I limped back to the ramp , drove to a dealer and tried a new fuel filter ( the one in it looked dark, and one spot really dark) ..installed it , motor fied right up ..took it out , it stalled and now just cranks - wont fire up..at the marina I pulled out of , the guy said it sounds like an injector pump - which he said is a $700-800 part - WHAT! ..I called another place that I 've used for years , and he said the same thing ..I purchased the boat from a place that sells boats , motor cycles , ATV's ..they warranteed the motor 30 days , but I've heard some bad things about the work done there( and when I called to tell him i was having that problem , he said " bring it up , maybe we'll have to clean the carbs" , uh= carbs on a fuel injected motor ?..have a tourny sat

may be wrong but is that not a carb motor? my 2009 vmax 150 is carb.

ox66 is fuel injected.

We often discuss problems with the low pressure fuel pumps on these engines, have you replaced yours recently? There's lots of info on here about where to get them and how to replace 'em.

My intial guess would be the 3 low pressure fuel pumps/02 sensor. The pumps are easy to test (takes 5 mins) and you can pull the o2 sensor and see if it has a lot of carbon built up on it as well.
