70K I did not pay much more for my 1st house. Out of reach for the average guy even with long term financing. SHO sounds like it performs well.

70K is the price as tested, they really are that much. I was quoted 72,400 from C&O for the same package although with way better electronics now that they offer them.

Yep, thats true, but what it gives upto the Stroker in those 10 mph it FAR surpasses it in every other category.

Wanna go faster than a Stroker??? Allison has a "app" for that.

But who whats to sit on the floor? Or pay 70K+ to do so? or get thrown out when it hooks?

I sit in a seat, never hooked my boat and 70K is MSRP. Even if you did pay that much, its worth it to be in the BEST

    That’s cause you are special!

Not sure just what they are best at? May be when you compare the hook they are best!

No boat hooks like an Ally!

Well anyway, prices have gone up since that article on 2011 models. The price of an 1197 and 997 upgrade over the old Garmins account for a fair bit. When I was inquiring it seems like the MSRP on the boat (no motor) was $53,500 for the elite package. That's before you upgrade any electronics, trolling motor, keel shield etc.

They are the best at setting and maintaining the Worlds Fastest Bassboat Record!
