lower unit lube question

I replaced the lower unit lube using pump and one quart lube. i pumped till container empty but i dont see lube coming out of top hole. Is this okay? do i need to get another quart?

I would. My 175 takes a little over a quart.

You wont need another qt, but you will need about a pint or so.

They're all correct. My 225 takes about a quart and a 1/4.

38 oz will fill it up and yes you need to get it flowing out of the top hole. Get another bottle and then you will only have to buy one bottle next time around.
