Broke a Carrot Stix three weeks ago and had to send a portion of the rod for purchase verification back to them that cost me $12.00 shipping plus $40.00 more for the warranty replacement and still no replcement rod. I have been talking to a guy named Ryan with there warranty claims dept. and he cant even get a hold of someone with the compny to get me a tracking number for my new rod. The only thing I can see is they are about to go under. Ryan even gave me ther number to the compny in Canada and they won't answer. Anyone have any suggestions other than not to buy another Carrot Stix?
