Mine (2003 OX66) is on the port side of the engine beside the top throttlebody. It has three wires, two of the three colors are pink and orange (the colors I use to test).
I straighten out a part of two small paperclips and slide the straight part into the three wire connector (pink and orange wires) until it bottoms out at the metal connection. You have to leave the connection intact or it won't read. Without the OEM wireharness, the paperclips work ok.
Turn on the ignition key and place the positive of a digital multimeter (set to VDC) to the pink clip and the negative to the orange clip. On my OX66, the reading should be between 0.48-0.52.
My manual, which covers up to the 2003 3.3 litre engines (HPDI), it says to get the reading between 0.58-0.62.
