Got a piece of angle iron from Home Depot and cut two five inch lengths. Drilled 3/8 in holes, three for the flywheel and one to hoist it up. Worked perfect.

Good job!I would take that one step further and weld a couple of beads to ensure the forces are equally distributed across the unit. When your motor sways, it will tend to apply an uneven force on the piece w/ just one bolt. It is not cool when this happens! Trust me!

That was a good idea. I went to Sears and bought a $15 gear puller and added eyebolt. used the kids wooden as hoist. GUess the swing set idea was a little redneck, but worked awesome![]()

Didn't have a swing set handy so this is what we threw together.

You have to be creative. I onetime took two ladders, a steel weightlifting
bar and a comealong. I put the bar on the two ladders and pulled the powerhead that way. I like the idea of a swing set as a platform. Be creative
