200SX Jackplate and hydraulic steering system?

Does anyone know if there is a certain size or specific jackplate that would work best for a 2004 200sx with a 200 Yamaha?? Another question....I'd like to hear some opinions on hydraulic steering systems, I'm looking at replacing my old cable system.

    Thanks

Can not answer the jackplate question but for the hydraulic steering system. By all means change it out. Night and day difference for the better!!!!

Get the hydraulic steering, you won't regret it. It is like driving a car. After driving my boat with it, a buddy of mine asked me to put his boat on the trailer and it was like night and day(Skeeter 180 with 150 Vmax). It is worth the money no doubt..

I believe Skeeter wont allow a jackplate on the SX models, Just the ZX... Transom strength comes to mind.. If you put one on, 6 in max prolly.

I read some stuff about the jackplate possibly voiding the warranty...I bought the boat used and it's an 04 so Im not particularily concerned about the warranty being voided. Anyone have a suggested brand of hydraulic steering or Jack Plate??
Thanks for the responses so far!!

I have run the CNC and a few others and for the money I like the Detwiler but I am running 3 to 4 inches above the pad well over 90. For your rig I would go with the Bob's. And they are a sponsor here.
