    Changing a trim tab

I have a 90 hp yammie and I went to put a ss prop on and it hits the trim tab. I have a new offset tab coming and was wanting to know how to change it out. Any help would be great.
    Thanks Scott

Look for a black rubber cap on the top of the lower unit (as you're looking down at the prop from the rear). Remove that cap and unscrew the bolt.

With the hydraulic steering I just ground mine off flat, if you don't have hydraulic steering it could make your boat pull......
